Business Enterprise Center Office Rental

The Business Enterprise Center is a 10,000 sq. ft. building located on the major Western/Slauson corridor in a commercial/industrial area of the Los Angeles.  Designed to nurture, educate and direct start-up businesses, the incubator provides entrepreneurs the benefits of technical assistance, shared office equipment and other resources. The BEC also includes common-use areas and full-time on-site staff to operate and maintain the facility to ensure quality service.
The goals of the incubator are:

  • To assist Los Angeles-based businesses with accessing affordable office space
  • To assist businesses with strategically planning for growth
  • Meet tenants’ basic needs by offering valuable support services and shared office facilities and equipment

  • Monthly rent from $225 to $625
  • Refundable deposit (first and last month’s rent)
  • Monthly membership of $20

 

Requirements & Preferred Tenants

  • Tenants must possess and maintain a valid business license
  • Tenants must be registered with the City of Los Angeles
  • Service-oriented micro-businesses and start-up non-profit organizations

 

Hours of Operation

  • Monday to Friday—8:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Saturday—9:00 am to 1:00 pm
  • Closed Sundays and Federal Holidays

  • Provide most recent personal or business tax returns
  • Indicate any plans to provide jobs to low-income LA residents
  • Mail application packet and required documents to 6109 S. Western Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90047 along with a cashier’s check or money order for $25.00 for a credit check
