Business Enterprise Center Office Rental
The Business Enterprise Center is a 10,000 sq. ft. building located on the major Western/Slauson corridor in a commercial/industrial area of the Los Angeles. Designed to nurture, educate and direct start-up businesses, the incubator provides entrepreneurs the benefits of technical assistance, shared office equipment and other resources. The BEC also includes common-use areas and full-time on-site staff to operate and maintain the facility to ensure quality service.
The goals of the incubator are:
- To assist Los Angeles-based businesses with accessing affordable office space
- To assist businesses with strategically planning for growth
- Meet tenants’ basic needs by offering valuable support services and shared office facilities and equipment

Requirements & Preferred Tenants
- Tenants must possess and maintain a valid business license
- Tenants must be registered with the City of Los Angeles
- Service-oriented micro-businesses and start-up non-profit organizations
Hours of Operation
- Monday to Friday—8:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Saturday—9:00 am to 1:00 pm
- Closed Sundays and Federal Holidays
